Welcome to Dandenong Gate Company

Graeme Shoppee started Dandenong gate company in 1973 at 74 Bennet st, Dandenong. Industrial chain wire fencing and gates were the main product back then, and also domestic chainwire fencing and colorbond steel gates.

In 1978 Paul Jaffer was employed by Graeme as a junior. By 1984 Paul Jaffer bought into the company and together they expanded into a larger range of products, tubular wrought iron gates, remote controlled swinging and sliding gates and general engineering products, and have moved to a larger premises at 15 Melverton Drive, Hallam.
